IntePros is excited to partner with our fortune 70 client to build a team of Billing Analysts.
This is an exciting opportunity for entry level candidates with outgoing personalities!Billing Analyst supports all activities related and concerning to the billing platform including but not limited to:
researching functionality inquiries, researching enhancement requests and providing support for billing system releases and upgrades.
This position has interaction with personnel, billing vendors, and other external contacts.
BILLING ANALYST TASKS:
Responsible for providing technical support and assisting in developing and implementing related to 3rd party billing systems Analyze systems for ongoing performance improvements at user and system levels May perform software testing, documentation and provide training Dig into report data from billing systems and programs Document what the program is doing and identify trends in the data Learn the data and be able to identify issues or inconsistencies At times, manually validate/trend the data daily BILLING ANALYST REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Strong SQL and Excel experience Fundamental understanding of billing platform workflows, interfaces and related functionality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cable television industry EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
Recommended Skills English Microsoft Excel Sql Databases Television Testing (Software) Workflows Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
