Responsibilities:
The Cloud Infrastructure Architect is responsible for technical leadership in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Post Holdings SaaS first infrastructure.
This role provides technical expertise for Cloud platforms including Azure, Identity Management, Microsoft 365 services, hosted platforms, and secure integrations.
The role is part of our Infrastructure Team and will provide leadership and technical mentoring within the team.
Cloud Infrastructure Architects should have a wide technical understanding with strengths within Microsoft platforms including M365 and Azure, as well as a strong security background.
We are looking for high energy employees who excel in environments focused on self-learning and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and evaluate emerging solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for cloud-based platforms and supplier integrations including developing technology roadmaps which align with Zero Trust architecture, business plans, and facilitate Mergers and Acquisitions Lead projects to identify requirements, design solutions with documentation, secure environments using Zero Trust principles, and deploy cloud platforms and environments to support business requirements Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity and IT colleagues across the business Lead initiatives around continuous improvement and lifecycle decisions of platforms Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Post Holdings Workforce Productivity security configuration, cloud platforms and integrations Integrate IT Service Management System with other systems (for the potential discovery of assets, user access via LDAP, auto-creation of Incidents via Event Management Systems, etc.
) Create technical documentation, diagram processes and create manuals Mentor staff to develop technical skillsets and drive a structured process approach This role is hybrid.
Work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field desired 10
years of experience in various technology roles with an emphasis on Infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure concepts, and security Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills Knowledge of ITSM toolsets such as BMC RemedyForce, ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
Intermediate level or higher Microsoft Certifications in Azure and Microsoft 365 ITIL Foundation certification or higher Knowledge of and understanding of Zero Trust security best practices.
Demonstrated progressive IT operations experience across multiple disciplines.
Recommended Skills Architecture Business Process Improvement Business Requirements Coaching And Mentoring Communication Curiosity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
