The Analytics Hub (Data Warehouse) team is searching for a driven and enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst II to champion the technical users of our digital transformation.
This position will ensure the data warehouse meets user standards by determining the analytic needs of the business, delivering high quality data requirements to our development partners, and verifying that delivered data meets those requirements.
Responsibility
Summary:
Work in partnership with the Analytics Hub (Data Warehouse) product owner to understand the needs of business strategy leaders and users; serving as the product subject matter expert for the development team to help make informed decisions on how best to maintain, enhance or integrate firm systems and data.
Research across business areas to understand business processes and related systems and data.
Organize and facilitate working groups of subject area experts to determine analytic requirements of data and business events.
Research source systems to find the right data to meet analytic needs.
Break down analytic requirements into clear, concise user stories and robust data mapping.
Review user stories at completion to ensure the story meets the definition of done, query data to perform acceptance testing, and obtain end user acceptance.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and data development team to develop repeatable test strategies/testing plan based on acceptance criteria to enable successful sprint execution.
Support the delivery of incremental and continuous value to the end users by recommending new features and ensuring the final implementation of features and capabilities delivers the expected user value.
Define minimum viable products (MVPs) and establish iterative plans for delivering value to target audiences.
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using moderate to advanced tools and techniques; work with the users to resolve the issue or escalate issues when needed.
Participate in product team events such as backlog refinements, retrospectives, solution demos, and system demos.
Develop understanding of firm priorities, processes, and guidelines as we continue to move through transitional change across the organization.
Qualifications Required in the Job:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; 2-5 years of experience designing, implementing, or managing functional systems and data; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience using SQL and working with relational databases; Data Warehouse experience.
Previous experience or familiarity with data extraction and BI tools (SQL, Oracle Reporting Studio, Tableau, Power BI), Data Governance principles, or MLOps principles is a plus.
Troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve and escalate problems.
Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with associates and leadership; possess interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to support multiple moderate to highly complex efforts, and work with leadership to prioritize assigned tasks/projects.
Ability to summarize moderate to highly complex business cases, system information and concepts and clearly communicate information and updates to stakeholders and divisional leadership.
Ability to effectively communicate with cross divisional leaders using verbal, written and presentations skills.
Previous experience with Agile and/or Product Management concepts (such as user story writing, Agile events, and backlog refinement) is a plus.
Previous experience with Agile product management tools such as Jira and Aha! is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and scenario modeling.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
