VP, Strategy & Communications

SBM Management seeks a highly experienced and strategic VP, Strategy & Communication to lead our marketing and sales transition initiatives.
This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive transition plans to optimize marketing and sales processes during periods of change, such as mergers, acquisitions, product launches, or market expansions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing and sales strategies, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully driving transition initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing and sales transition plans to ensure seamless integration of new products, services, or market expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and executive leadership, to define transition objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges during transitions.
Define marketing and sales strategies aligned with transition objectives, including customer targeting, messaging, pricing, and promotional activities.
Led the development and implementation of marketing and sales collateral, such as sales presentations, product brochures, website content, and advertising materials, to support transition initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to the marketing and sales teams to ensure the effective execution of transition plans and achievement of revenue goals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of transition initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales transition planning, and proactively incorporate new strategies or technologies into SBM Management's approach.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing and sales teams, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing and sales leadership roles, with a focus on transition planning and strategy.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, including market analysis, customer segmentation, product positioning, and demand generation.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and achieving objectives.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and the ability to adapt quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in marketing and sales software and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
