Field Marketing Specialist
A growing cyber security company is looking for a highly organized person who can do the hands-on work of managing logistics for their many events, while preparing for the next step up the career ladder.
Responsibilities Supporting field marketing campaigns that drive to specific goals, are measurable, and comprehensive from digital to live event experience and everything in between Assist Field Marketing Managers by securing suitable venues for regional events, per event type and budget Manage all supporting logistics for field events, including coordinating print & promotional items, supporting materials, shipping and receiving Manage event scheduling and coordinate participants calendars Facilitate lead gathering and reporting Building invites, registration pages, and lead flow into Salesforce to ensure excellent pre- and post-event results Supporting the Field Marketing Managers in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by researching venues, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentation Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the Field Marketing team while providing instructions for promotion or use Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts Creating and owning handoff processes between field marketing managers Continually researching new event activities and providing recommendations to field marketing Owning setup and ordering for the marketing fulfillment platform Bachelor's Degree 3
years experience in marketing or project/event management Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup and willing to do more than expected Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Attention To Detail Communication Computer Security Expediting Marketing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
