Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to meet the needs of multiple GWSS departments.
The position requires a subject-matter expert on effective and efficient information retrieval and delivery to key stakeholders.
The analyst must represent GardaWorld's Core Values:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Provide data research and compilation by working with Branch and Corporate staff to ensure data collection is complete and timely.
Create and produce actionable reports, interactive dashboards, ad hoc requests, etc.
that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
Establish key performance metrics and implement strategies for their continued improvement.
Assist in compiling and publishing HR performance metrics according to the assigned operating rhythm.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Finance KPI HR Metrics Report TA Dashboard Unemployment dashboard Compliance/Legal Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Passion to live and impart the core values of GardaWorld Security Services Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations Organizational skills to plan, organize, and prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent Excel skills required.
Must possess the following personal qualities:
Sense of urgency Persistence/Tenacity Courageous Follow through Detail oriented Enthusiasm, for position and company MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

years of SQL programming preferred (SSMS/ETL) Must be able to set priorities and work well under pressure.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with very high Excel expertise SAP Web Intelligence and Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
Programming Languages such as JavaScript and Python e Experience researching problems, digging deep, and finding solutions Prior experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment).
Tech-savvy with experience in both proprietary and mass-market systems.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
