The PositionThe Business Intelligence and Analytics Partner is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven analytics, insights and predictive models.
This role closely collaborates with managers and front-line staff to understand the business, the data, the questions being asked, and the business intelligence solutions needed to answer those questions.
The Business Intelligence Partner uses their strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills to create innovative solutions that have a direct impact on operations and strategy and result in more lives saved.
What You'll Do Cultivate professional relationships and collaborate as a trusted advisor with leadership and other key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deploy transformational data-driven solutions.
Use data science tools, visualizations and analysis to provide relevant, strategic and actionable insights that advance our mission and vision.
Use machine learning (classification, regression, natural language processing, etc.
) and other tools to build, evaluate and deploy predictive models to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
Effectively communicate complex statistical ideas, tailoring the communication to each audience.
What You'll Bring 5
years relevant experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or similar role.
Healthcare experience a plus.
Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, statistics or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven success with data integration, transformation, analysis, and visualization to build tools that drive value for operations and strategy.
Proven success leveraging Machine Learning to develop predictive models and other data science solutions (classification, regression, decision trees, natural language processing, time series, etc).
Demonstrated project management experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaborate successfully with cross functional teams.
Compelling communicator.
Ability to speak and write with clear purpose and credibility; influence and engage leadership by telling a story using data and data visualizations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the use of data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
) Self-starter with a curiosity mindset and ability to operate and collaborate in a fast paced, roll up your sleeves environment where the business is continually evolving.
