Strategic management of an enterprise-wide program consisting of multiple billing system and salesforce projects.
Must Have Skills:
Strong experience in strategic program/project management Developing and managing overall program strategy and delivery Defining and implementing program plans, prioritization, and process improvement Monitoring project progress, budget, resource usage, quality reviews and managing issue resolution Strong data background - data integrity, data quality, data clean up Experience working on system conversions from a data perspective (ideally billing systems, but not required) Migrating and converting data to go from one system to another Analyzing and cleaning up data Excel expertise Extracting and manipulating data from billers V look up, pivot tables, link files together, etc.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision and guidance Strong communication and collaboration - ability to partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders Nice to Have:
Previous experience in telecommunications industry MSO experience Familiar with billing systems and/or Salesforce.
Day to day
Responsibilities:
Drive complex programs through the development of program strategies that support business cases and high-level project plans.
Ensure the integration of projects by adjusting the scope, timing and budgets based on the needs of the business while coordinating with Project Managers to define the program plan.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor to the Project Managers and leaders to educate and assist them with implementing processes and making improvements.
Drive the program management process to deliver project scope on time and within budget with responsibilities that include directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, supervising quality reviews and managing issue resolution.
Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers to complete projects on time and ensure high quality deliverables.
Communicate with leadership and other stakeholders to inform on program strategy, direction and changes.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals or enhance program strategies by partnering with senior leadership and other stakeholders within the business community.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
