Senior Business Integration LeadMAIN PURPOSE Responsible for leading the integration of business processes for CP Planning and related functions to enable successful operational capabilities and produce accurate transformation deliverables; Influencer of CP planning strategies to align w ith overall supply chain strategies, business objectives and long-term imperatives; Develop and drive the process and system improvement roadmap to enable achievement of strategic objectives for the CP Planning Teams, which includes digitized processes, system enhancements and opportunities for optimization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Business Integration Lead, are to:
Accountable for representing critical planning processes and strategies for global and detailed design efforts; serving as the driver and North America Lead for transformational projects; Advance Planning processes' efficiency by analyzing trends to identify opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives to address system, process, operational, or training needs; Construct process mapping documents to capture and illustrate existing end-to-end planning processes to best understand the opportunities for improvement before designing the optimized future state; Understand digital strategy roadmaps, identify dependencies across teams, uncover risks and influence various teams to resolve issues and remove roadblocks; Ensure Planning Leadership and related functions are aligned, prepared and positioned for new Planning process improvements and transformational success; Responsible for influencing and providing direction across functional integration points for implementation success, addressing Planning business questions and complexities with Leadership teams; Principal point of contact for multiple responsibilities related to integration, and establishing the overall integration process design and protocols to be followed by Planning Teams and Leaders; Establish working partnerships with integration vendors, manage the pace of the integration, push for timely decisions on key issues and provide accountability for action items and deadlines; Foster success by continuously providing focus and direction on the most critical issues and highlighting best practices or potential disconnects that could derail or create risk.
Escalate when necessary; Responsible for establishing, documenting, communicating and training new Planning business processes across teams; Ensure communication plans are prepared and delivered for business success, aligning all business stakeholders; Propose and develop tracking metrics to identify trends and key data points that serve as measures of success for key Planning initiatives.
Utilize metrics to evaluate current state, propose future state goals and objectives and monitor progress; Ensure end-user training needs are met.
This includes participating in training planning, presentations and demos.
Facilitate knowledge transfers between implementation partners and support teams; Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to draft investment review documentation with clear deliverables involving objectives, scope, internal/external benefits, risks, constraints, cost estimate, implementation duration, and return on investment.

Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science or Bachelors Administration; Business acumen across multiple business functions (operations, logistics, demand planning, manufacturing, sales); Demonstrated leadership capabilities; Ability to drive organizational change; Ability to make critical decisions aligned with business targets and objectives; Excellent communication skills; Project management and stakeholder influencing capability.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Ten years of experience in a Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Manufacturing role.
