What we are looking for:
Look Lab Med Spa is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated Marketing Lead Coordinator to assist in contacting marketing leads.
Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled Welcome Calls with marketing leads.
Schedule, coordinate and confirm appointments Educate patients on services and promotions offered, and what to expect during their treatment.
Manage patient scheduling for multiple locations and providers.
Fielding incoming calls from potential patients from social media campaigns.
Create excitement about Look Lab, as well as treatments and promotions offered.
Receive incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary and taking detailed messages and relaying to appropriate staff when applicable Inventory tracking and management Sales to patients and payment processing Complete any necessary follow ups needed for patient scheduling.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends may be required).
Registering new patients and updating existing patient accounts in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to patient questions or requests and/or route calls appropriately.
Communicating with management, providers and front desk staff regarding patient scheduling or questions.
Basic understanding of computer systems and computerized scheduling systems.
Ability to multitask on multiple computer platforms.
Works as a part of a team with excellent communication skills.
Provides other scheduling functions.
Assisting with appropriate and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Education Required:
High School Graduate or Equivalent Minimum Experience Required:
Two (2) years of previous experience working in medical spa, healthcare or customer service.
Must be available to work on Saturdays and evenings In lieu of experience, a bachelor's degree can be substituted.

Qualifications:
Experience in a multi location/provider healthcare/medical spa setting is preferred.
