Individuals with painting techniques that include powder coating and wet paint spraying, as well as material preparation such as sand blasting are exactly what we are looking for!Responsibilities Prepare wheels for the powder coating process Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations Observe equipment operation to detect potential defects Maintain and repair painting equipment when necessary Maintain a clean safe and efficiently organized work environment Maintain professional communication with manager and co-workers Qualifications Background in powder coating preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast- paced environment Ability to work independently without supervision The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
