Make sure used machines are cleaned and in like new condition after repair.
Technically inclined and ability to troubleshoot issues ITSM Tool Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool Time management Tech needs excellent time management skills and should be able to set priorities when handling multiple cases Team collaboration Should have collaborating skills, should be good team members help self team and other team members when need arise.
