A Contegix Customer Success Representative is a team-oriented professional responsible for the sales support activities that retain satisfied clients and expand revenue in the account base.

The Customer Success Representative teams with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to cover named accounts and to support sales transactions throughout their lifecycle.
The Customer Success Representative is a member of our high performing team as well as a responsive resource to the clients we serve.
Responsibilities:
Provide system and process support to assigned Account Executives throughout sales cycles for all business.
Assist with accuracy and data of Opportunity Management in Microsoft Dynamics to keep track of upgrades, renewals, etc.

Leverage templates, tools and subject matter experts (Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Technical Support) to assist Account Executives with timely creation and delivery of quotes and proposals.
Facilitate communication between Account Executive and internal support teams (Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Technical Support, Billing, etc.
) as applicable to meet client requests and inquiries.
Work with Account Executives and leadership to update and maintain data integrity of customer profiles, contracts, renewals, etc.

Provide post-sales support for customer retention.
Respond to requests in JSM for upgrades, renewals and additional services.
Support and maintain business client relationships by being a reliable and valuable point of contact.
Assist with renewal management of bands A-C.
Participate in customer meetings where applicable.
Assist with invoice issues or payment inquiries when necessary.
Provide backup to other members of the Sales Support team when necessary.
Commit to continual cross training with other members of the team.
Commit to continual learning through structured training classes scheduled by sales enablement or operations management, self-paced courses, or other educational means.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales support experience required; experience in a technology company is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM tools required; Microsoft Dynamics experience is required.
Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite is preferred.
Customer focused through building and maintaining satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization.
Strong ability to distinguish tasks to complete independently vs tasks requiring collaboration with teammates.
Familiarity with corporate productivity, quoting, and presentation tools.
Interpersonal effectiveness including accountability and dependability.
The ability to adapt, change and be flexible to an everchanging environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time is required.
Attention to detail, organization and adherence to process is required.
Strong email communications and phone presence.
Self-starter and able to problem solve independently.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
