This position is our entry level position into the plant.
The responsibilities of this job are cleaning, working on the packing line in a Flour Mill and filling in for the Operator position in different areas of the plant.
Good communication and writing skills are required for this position.
You can also expect to:
Supports Operations staff at a plant that produces bulk and packaged flour and feed products.
Fill the different operator positions throughout the plant after a training period.
Optimize equipment efficiency, personnel safety and product quality.
Maintains records in accordance with established ADM policies and procedures Proactively seeks and supports the plant goals and vision.
Position requires standing and walking for long periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working with tools, working within close-confined spaces, and working in extreme temperatures and dusty conditions.
Must be able to lift 50lbs daily, work from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bend.
Must be able and willing to work overtime, cover for other shifts and eventually be promoted into a rotating shift.
(Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays)ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment drug screen, medical/respirator questionnaire and a background check.
