Duties Include:
Gathering information for each project and checking for accuracy.
Constant communication with all customers before, during and after installations.
Ensuring all project information is in the network database.
Supporting the coordination and management of projects, working directly with crew leaders to maintain project schedule.
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.
Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.
Coordinating weekly production meetings with team members.
Able to coordinate inspections for projects, work with sub-contractors for coordinating work schedule.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring project efficiency and effectiveness.
Hours:
8 hour shift, sometimes overtime is necessary
Experience:
