1 Quick Apply Full-time 8 hours ago Full Job Description We are looking for a full time Roofing Production Manager to coordinate the department, who is highly proactive, independent, and with vast experience in the Roofing world.
You will manage and oversee several Construction and renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met, with quality and excellence.
Your main responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate the company's Production department.
Monitor the jobs that are ready for the Production phase, Order materials and schedule builds, in compliance with the company's SLA (Service Level Agreements) and established lead times, while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Inspect active job sites and run quality control at the end and during each project, to ensure quality of work at every site.
Create, review and evaluate material and work orders for every job.
Review and confirm all material deliveries.
Expand and nurture sub-contractors and suppliers' networks by comparing bids and go with the best option for the company.
Supplier negotiation for prices and projects, striving to obtain the best price on the job at hand.
Obtain permits if needed.
Perform warranties and punch outs when required.
Maintain close and efficient communication to the rest of the management team and directors.
Create weekly gameplans for trades to be performed and keep the team updated about them.
If you are:
Experienced in the Roofing/ Restoration industry, and in managing insurance restoration projects Highly competent in interpreting construction estimates Detail-oriented, and great at spotting imperfections A very organized and reliable person Great to communicate with everybody Speaking Spanish as a second language is a great plus.
You must be physically fit to climb on a ladder and inspect roofs.
