Introba is looking for a driven Marketing Specialist.
This position executes the creation of proposal assets, including company profiles, staff resumes, bios, project sheets, and proposal narratives.
Additionally, this person will partner with the business development team to ensure Introba is well-positioned to win work.
This is a senior-level position for someone with A/E/C Marketing experience eager to be a critical member of the Marketing team and support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Proposal Management and Production Reads and analyzes client RFQ/RFP requests Develop, communicate, and execute proposal outline and production schedule Facilitate proposal stage gate discussions, ensuring pursuits meet strategic business objectives.
Review and provide quality control of proposals:
edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance with client requirements (using company branding guidelines) Prepare proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying, and formatting proposal information, ensuring that proposal material is accurate, timely and well written.
Prepare and produce final proposals for on-time submission (conduct quality check that touches on grammar, spelling, content flow, formatting, and more to meet style, brand, and client standards) Enter and maintain pursuit information into CRM (Deltek VISION) Content Management Interact with technical staff at all levels of the organization to accomplish the writing and editing of items such as resumes, project descriptions, and technical documents Prepare and develop materials for client interviews and work with technical staff to script effective presentations Update and maintain proposal resource library and marketing CRM database
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' proposal experience, preferably in the AEC industry Advanced knowledge (proficient) in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced knowledge in Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop skills preferred Experience using Deltek Vision a plus; database or content management experience helpful Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple deadlines simultaneously Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail Able to provide constructive feedback to continually enhance and evolve proposal best practices Proven writing and editing skills A team player with good communication and collaboration skills Ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff (management, technical, marketing, administrative) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred The Company and its employees are required to comply with all local health authority, legal or lawful client requirements.
