Acquisition Manager

Acquisition Manger, Generally stated, your job duties will be all of those that will allow for and promote office and Company productivity. The key areas of focus for which you will be responsible will include, but are not limited to, the following; 1. Prospecting a. Networking, cold-calling, and related follow-up with the overall objective of generating leads; b. If needed, prospecting for motivated sellers; c. The scope of work shall include, but not limited to, networking, foreclosures, MLS Leads, Auctions, Tax Deeds, Bird Dogging, REIA and Meet-Ups, Door Knocking, FSBO, Craigslist, Delinquents, Vacant, Probate list, Pre-Auction List, City Ordinance/Violation, Open Permits - Old, Houses in Probate, Fire Damage, etc. 2. All Actions Related to Property Acquisition a. Running comparable values; b. Walking properties when necessary; c. Meeting with Sellers as deemed needed; d. Processing and submission of all required paperwork; e. Any and all other measures required to acquire properties (which shall be modified based upon acquisition method utilized). 3. Selling of Property (Disposition) a. Production of all required marketing and sales material associated with listing property for sale on all websites and related outlets; b. Generation and fielding of all sales calls associated with a property for sale; c. Securing property, affixing lockbox, taking and posting photos, scheduling and meeting with prospective buyers; d. Closing buyers; e. Generation of all needed paperwork required to close sale.
Salary Range:
$60K -- $80K
$20K bonus
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
