Position Summary As a Senior Specialist IT User Support, you are responsible managing all aspects of Asset Management focusing on both software and hardware management. You will assist with IT operations team to ensure alignment, focus on goals for the asset management area and setting financial goals. You will support aspects of compliance and sustainability of processes in what regards to the control and operations of asset management, capital planning, software asset management and coordinates vendors and other teams that might have any part in the process. You will perform small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities. In addition, you will coordinate with supplier teams to ensure good coordination of product changes without impacting IT Consumers and business processes. You will act as the point of contact for all asset management activities from compliance to financials. Primary Responsibilities Ensures IT strategic service partners provide the required level of service, system performance and functionality required to meet business commitments. Supports the implementation and management of quality and efficient improvements of IT service delivery, to drive value and support. Maintains relationships with markets to understand their needs and address possible needs by coordinating vendor efforts in end user training, support, and new technology support. Supports aspects of compliance and sustainability of processes in what regards to the control and operations of asset management, capital planning, software asset management and coordinates vendors and other teams that might have any part in the process. Plans for capital expenditures in IT Performs small-scale projects (managed work activities) for the deployment of functionalities. Coordinates with supplier teams to ensure good coordination of product changes without impacting IT Consumers and business processes. Required Qualifications 4
years of experience in Informational Technology Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field Experience in Asset Management principles and execution Experiences in Service Now Asset Management module Knowledge in Procurement processes and vendor management skills Knowledge in Power BI
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical SupportEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
