We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver products and services to create tangible business value Position Summary In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT, our Business Partners and our third-party Partners supporting North American retail solutions. As part of the Trade Promotion Management Product Team, you will be an important part of an overall team that supports the TPM maintenance process around defects, service requests and change requests. You will have the responsibility of being the subject matter expert when it comes to maintaining the system at a high level and ensuring functionality for the day-to-day operations of the TPM team. Responsibilities:
Partner with business, IS/IT and third party to log issues, understand priority and schedule releases into production Assess risks for each maintenance go live and understand impacts when new fixes/changes are released Stakeholder and vendor management across multiple business areas is critical. Assists with designing of the governance process, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance through Third Party communication Liaises closely with suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions Secures that program development, logic, process flows, and specifications are analyzed, documented, and tested Facilitates business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value Partners with business and IT to analyze, translate, and document business requirements into IT requirements Required
Qualifications:

years of relevant experience of business analysis in Trade Promotion Management or a relevant functional area Previous experience being a liaison between third party vendors and business stakeholders Functional knowledge and experience working with SAP Sales & Distribution and Materials Management Strong experience working in an Agile environment using design thinking methodology Excellent solution integration knowledge within a system such as Jira Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solution. Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent Knowledge of XTEL and/or Exceedra Colorado Pay Transparency Act This position has a starting salary of $111,356. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
