We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver products and services to create tangible business value Position Summary As Sr. Manager IT Security & Compliance for North America and Latin America you will be critical in providing feedback to the Security and Compliance Product teams to evolve and enhance the stream suite of products. You will act as an ambassador to Zone businesses to proactively influence the broader product roadmap in close collaboration with the respective Product Group Managers. You will aid in explaining the benefits of the products, as well as the delivery, execution, and operations to business and IT leadership. You will be looked upon to encourage securityrisk-based decision making across the organization, promote secure behavior at all levels of the organization, and demonstrate the value of security and compliance. Builds relationships with key stakeholders across Zone operating companies to understand specific business processes, governance, and challenges. Understands specific business objectives, activities, initiatives, and programs to identify or forecast need for security and compliance engagement Proactively shares the business requirements/insights with product teams and stream management, secures the required security and compliance resources, and brings the right people to the table to ensure value creation and risk reduction for both the business and IT. Works with Product Managers to ensure the business capabilities and business requirements are met in terms of integration of technical architecture across one or more products Ensures the integration between multiple products is driven to generate value and adaption for the end user. Supports cross stream deployment plans for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by engaging the right security and compliance product teams. Supports the execution and coordinates the follow up actions for Nestle IT Audits, including completion of remediation plans Ensures the communication and adoption of security and compliance policies, standards, and frameworks Proactively addresses with market, managed service and product teams identified solutions and processes that increase Nestle's risk exposure and/or are not compliant Ensures utilization and adoption of IT products and support product teams to drive legacy elimination (LEAN) initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; degree in in Computer Science or field related to Security, Compliance or Audit preferred 8
years of experience in Information Security, Information Compliance, Information Risk, and/or IT Audit Strong understanding of information risk and security guidelines, architecture standards, frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST) and Secure & Compliant by Design Executive level stakeholder management experience Experience working in a global environment with virtual teams Preferred

$200K -- $250K
