We are currently looking for a highly-detailed, organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Video Production and Multimedia Manager to support our growing Creative projects. This role will report directly to the Creative Services director and collaborate with teams in the United States and Latin America. Responsibilities Shoot, produce, and edit video and audio content for promotion on web, social media, and internal communications. Build live-action and text-based videos incorporating self-shot and vendor-provided footage, stock assets and templates, music, and motion graphics. Produce and/or edit client success stories, sales pursuit videos, practice/product overviews, SME and leadership interviews, company webinars and content shot via Microsoft Teams, event booth videos and animated ads, demo walkthroughs, social posts, and other content. Record and edit multiple company podcasts and other audio assets as needed Work closely with subject matter experts across Perficient to develop video and audio thought leadership content. Will be responsible for guiding each asset from pre-production through final publication. Coordinate planning and development of innovative marketing assets and campaigns, as well as remote third-party shoots and virtual recordings involving clients. Work with sales and SMEs to enable sales activities through the development and refinement of sales presentations and collateral. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate and be responsive via Outlook email, Microsoft Teams, and PM tool Asana. Solid project and time management skills. Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular After Effects, Premiere, Audition, but also Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - portfolio of work samples required. Experience as a backpack journalist with strong proficiency in video production equipment (especially Sony mirrorless digital cameras), on-location shooting, lighting, and sound best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office - in particular PowerPoint. Knowledge of Handbrake and video compression best practices preferred Detail-oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal skills, highly-motivated, proactive, and accountable. Team player, self-starter with a passion for storytelling who will demonstrate a commitment to elevating the group's marketing mission. Ability to work under pressure to manage multiple priorities, often with competing and tight deadlines. A will to do what it takes to get the work done.
